Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  • We accept returns only if item is in unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it.
  • If the product is delivered defective or damaged, in that case, customer needs to inform us through Register email ID and sent it to store@techproglobalgroup.com or call us at +233302797575 (Helpline Number) within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Invoice should be available. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund.
  • Incase, after receiving the product if we found any discrepancy by our Quality inspection team, we will re-ship product to the customer and in that case customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.
  • In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund.
  • If you have paid through electronic means (Mobile Money or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a week to reflect in your statement, depending on individual’s bank process.
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Product Purchase under clearance sale will not be covered under Return policy.
  • Products sold as combo can’t be returned individually.

No return will be accepted unless it is a damaged or RMA unit for which please check our RMA policy below.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

  • We offer standard vendor’s warranty on products sold by us. If the warranty of the unit has ended then Techpro Global Group does not bear any responsibility.
  • Our product carries standard international warranty which means the support can be claimed from the Authorized Service Centers / Manufacturer.
  • Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging with all original manufacturer’s documents and parts included, with absolutely no damage to the manufactures box, or the returned product(s) may be refused or subject to a higher restocking fee.
  • In case of returns and issuance of credit note, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credit note issued or the shipping will be made on customers account.
